Catholic Church was founded by Jesus Christ; he used the means of preaching to his apostles and believers during his time. In order to spread the kingdom of God, this means of social communication which is preaching was very limited to some places only to human resources. Which are precisely the amiability, mental capacity or human standard of reaching human level of communication to others. But social communication now a day has a wide coverage, which could cater the whole Christendom.

The face of social communication have had brought to the modern changes of social communication, which utilizes the press, radios, cinema and television etc. to served its purpose thoroughly the Catholic doctrine of Jesus Christ. Therefore, I bowed to the effort of the Catholic Church that she’s thoroughly conforming herself to the Sign of time.

We need to put in mind that Inter Mirifica is reminding us with regards to the proper way of using the various means of social communication. This is because in order for us to appreciate more some insights that is already provided to the one who is using it. Inter Mirifica is made for us in order to have a good social communication to each member of the society especially, in propagating faith itself. We the usage of this various social communication must have a great responsibility in dealing with those things. It is therefore our obligation to used it in a proper way for the sake of the greater good because we as human beings has the capacity to use or reason out what is good or evil to us.
